A: We use Paypal Payments & Shopify Credit Card Payment Processing.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY :
A: We do accept returns within 7 days on certain products provided items are in original unopened, unused condition and we charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover cost of processing returns and cost of box which cannot be reused. Some items are not returnable,(like most electrical parts) please call in advance before returning items to our store. We cannot emphasize enough to make sure you are ordering the correct products as it can become very costly for you to ship the products back to us, basically you will be paying for shipping 3 times.

Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST TO MY ADDRESS.
A: Currently we have Flat Rate Shipping across Canada, we use Canada Post - Expedited Post as our main shipping courier, we may also use UPS or Purolator in certain circumstances.

A: Yes you can come to our Store at 140 Advance Blvd. Unit 12, Brampton ON L6T 4Z8 and Purchase Products listed and show as IN STOCK, we accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard. We are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm except Holidays.

A: We are located in Brampton at, 140 Advance Blvd. Unit # 12, Advance Boulevard is east of Dixie, and South of Steeles Ave.

Q: AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER HOW SOON AFTER DO YOU SHIP ?.
A: If we receive an order before 12 PM we normally ship the same day, currently we are using Canpar for Shipping and we also send the Tracking Information when the order is shipped. 

Q: Do you normally have stock of all products?
A: We Normally stock all the products on our website unless it is a Regularly Stocked Item.

Q: Is there a discount for pick-up orders?
A: Currently there is no discount for pick-up orders, the prices on our website are for Pick-Up, if you would like to have your order shipped there will be shipping charges.
