WE CANNOT OVERLY EMPHASIZE  THE NEED FOR YOU TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT ITEMS/PRODUCTS FOR YOUR HVAC SYSTEM. IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCTS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGE 3 TIMES.

3. PAY FOR SHIPPING THE CORRECT PARTS

CURRENTLY WE OFFER FREE IN STORE PICKUP, AND DISCOUNTED CALCULATED SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY IF YOU LIVE IN A REMOTE AREA WHERE THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS TOO HIGH FOR US TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY EMAIL OR PHONE IF THIS SITUATION APPLIES TO YOUR ORDER.

IF WE CANNOT AGREE ON ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (ASSUMING THAT THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED AND THE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED)

YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL AT CSR@FURNACEFILTERS.CA FOR ANY RETURNS AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW OF THE PROCESS AND CHARGES AT THAT TIME.

IF WE SHIP WRONG PRODUCT/S TO YOU BY MISTAKE WE WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND CORRECT THE SITUATION AT OUR COST

We normally ship all products by Canpar Ground, or GLS

We offer 2-5 business days shipping (Except for non-stock items).

We are not responsible for shipments with other Courier/Delivery Companies requested by customer for their shipments.

If a package is visibly damaged or broken you may refuse delivery and let us know within 24 Hours of this situation. CSR@FURNACEFILTERS.CA

If the package you received has damaged products please let us know within 24 hours at CSR@FURNACEFILTERS.CA so we can initiate the claims process, and provide pictures of damages by email.

Please note that couriers do not operate/deliver on National Holidays.
